How to Use The Brushing Solution
Using the brushing solution is very simple. Although it is a liquid, it is designed to be used almost exactly like a toothpaste. It also doubles as a mouthwash to kill bad bacteria at the back of the throat and on the tongue.
Pour 2.5mL - 5mL of the Brushing Solution into a small container.
Dip your toothbrush into the Brushing Solution.
Brush your teeth and gum gutters. Clean only 2 teeth at a time. Move the toothbrush in a circular motion or a jiggling action- ensuring the bristles are getting into the gum gutters.
Spend about 1 minute on each quadrant of your mouth, ensuring the teeth feel smooth and clean before moving onto the next quadrant.
Rinse and gargle with the remainder of The Brushing Solution - always remembering to spit it out and not to swallow.
Do not eat or drink for at least 1 hour after completing this process - it is important that the residue is left in the mouth to change the oral environment.
